Who:
1.An individual who desires to assiduously support designated State Ambassadors (Community Based Midwives).
What:
1. Responsible for communicating with Event organizers
2. Coordinate all needs of the Ambassador
3. Travel
4. Accommodations
5. Preparing any marketing materials requested
6. Responsible for coordinating rider and Midwife community engagements
7. Maintain communication/schedule with state representative's aides
8. Coordinate and book venue
9. Facilitate all communication between event organizers and midwives
10. Provide one page state statistics for Black Infant Mortality
11. Responsible for coordinating rider hotel accommodations
12. Responsible for verifying route conditions
13. Create social media and local media package
14. Coordinate volunteer healthcare providers for riders in local area
15. Chiropractor
16. MD’s or ND’s
17. Physical therapist
18. Maintain, organize, and inventory any supplies shipped to you directly or donated
When:
1. July 1 – October 31
a. Active support
3. November 1 – December 1
b. Passive support
5. Summarize event details for designated state
6. Follow-up communication (close loop focused) Where:
